How it works:
Whenever you're ready to begin your own personal, 100 Miles in a Month Challenge, simply choose the training plan (or create the schedule) that you want to use, print the plan and the 100 mile tracker sheet and start running!
When you begin the Challenge, pop your email into the form inside to begin receiving the weekly emails
For each mile that you run, cross off a square on your tracker and see your progress to the 100 mile mark!
When you complete the Challenge, email me a picture of your completed tracker so that I can celebrate your achievement with you!
Can I do this 100 Mile Challenge as a walker?
Absolutely! This would be a perfect challenge for a walker as well as a runner! I would recommend using the running calendar that only has 3-4 miles scheduled on it for walkers which would mean you would probably be walking for about one hour on the scheduled days.
Do I have to start this 100 Mile Challenge on a specific date?
No, you don't need to begin this Challenge on any fixed date. "100 Miles in One Month" Download, you can begin and end your Challenge at any point of time throughout the year!
